Essential Information

  • Track Event Registration: $449
  • Second Driver Fee (read details below): $125
  • Coaching fee, applicable for novice drivers: $0
  • Optional paddock RV stayover fee: $35
    • A limited number of garages are available for 1-Day Drivers. Send your single-day garage request to: Will@Chintrackdays.com. Cost is $50
  • Fuel is available on site 91/102 unl, 110 leaded.
    • Off-site street fueling available ~15mins away.
  • RV paddock camping DETAILS:
    • Overnight stays are permitted. A $35/per-night camping fee is applicable. If you are staying over in the paddock, you are OBLIGATED to pay this fee. Please send a message to Will@Chintrackdays.com to make arrangements if you are planning to stay in the paddock and have not done so already.
  • Gate access will end at 8 PM each night. Those that have not already checked in will not be able to get into the paddock after 8 PM.

Guidance for Instructors

Food and Drink

  • The Hungry Yeti Food Truck will be open for lunch
  • Please bring plenty of water!

Recommended Hotels

  • A survey of surrounding hotels:
  • A specific hotel is not designated.
  • Drivers are on your own to choose lodging.
  • Consider renting a VRBO / AirBnB private home on nearby Lake of the Ozarks.

Convertibles

  • Convertibles may be driven in OE configuration. No modification needed.
  • There is obvious additional risk to use a convertible, and an additional waiver is applicable.

Co-Drivers/Car Sharing

  • Co-drivers are welcome, sharing a car in the same run group.
  • Please note: 2 drivers in 2 different run groups requires 2 primary registrations.
  • A 2nd driver can be added to any primary registration for an additional $125
  • Like all drivers, a co-driver must have current membership in Chin Track Days.

Membership

  • Like most track time car clubs, Chin Track Days has an annual membership.
    A driver must have first have a member account and password to complete registration.
